Individual supervision provides personalized guidance focused on case conceptualization, documentation, ethics, boundaries, and the emotional impact of clinical work. Individual superivision is often one-to-one but can be up to two registered interns at the same time per state standards.
-
Group supervision offers a collaborative learning environment where clinicians benefit from shared perspectives, peer support, and guided discussion while continuing to build clinical insight and professional confidence. Group supervision is more than 2 but no more than 6 registered interns.
